Rental Documents

To start your rental, click on the “Request a Quote” button at the top of any page and fill out the form. Our rentals manager will respond with a quote as soon as possible. You can also reach them at Rentals@BoltLightingRental.com You may download the forms to the right and fill them out, but we recommend just getting in touch with our Rental Manager, as they can provide you with digital signature requests for each of the documents necessary.

For most rentals an insurance certificate is necessary. Be sure your certificate lists Bolt Lighting Rental as additional insured and as loss payee. The certificate should be addressed to:

Please note if you will be renting a vehicle Auto Liability and Auto Physical damage coverage will be required. You will also need rented equipment coverage equal to or greater than the total replacement cost of your order.

If the order is under $5,000 in equipment value, you may be able to put a down a credit card instead of providing a certificate of insurance. Please ask your rental agent if this is possible for your order.
